We had such a delightful stay at the lodge. The owners were incredibly welcoming and provided us with helpful information about local trails and hiking options. The lodge itself was cozy and had a charming, lodge-like atmosphere. We loved relaxing by the wood-fire heated living room, sipping tea, and reading up on the trails. The breakfast served was delicious and they even accommodated our dietary restrictions. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had its own private bathroom. Despite battling a cold, the owner made us feel incredibly welcome. The beauty of the surrounding area was breathtaking, with picturesque covered bridges, massive trees, and serene lakes. It was a perfect spot to experience the quintessential Oregon scenery. The drive from Eugene was easy and offered stunning views. We are so grateful we found this gem for our stay and will definitely be returning.

Great location for exploring Oregon's scenic views. The hosts were welcoming and gave us good tourist information. The building has an interesting history and there's a garage for parking bikes or others safely if needed. Good coffee and breakfast with lots of seating in the communal eating area; perfect for just sitting and chatting with family or fellow travelers.
Our room was a bit cramped and could have used some renovation. The bathroom was small, and there were not many towel racks or shelves to store toiletries.

Our group of friends had an amazing time at this beautiful lodge in the Pacific Northwest. the location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the local area. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our gear. the breakfast was delicious and catered to dietary restrictions. We also loved hanging out by the wood-burning fireplace in the living room. the owner was incredibly friendly and gave us a lot of helpful information about the local area, including maps and guidebooks.
That there could have been more space for toiletries in the bathroom, but this was a minor issue that did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the lodge.

I had such an incredible stay at this hotel - I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with attention to detail in every corner. The hotel facilities, including the common living area and garage for storage, were extremely convenient and well-maintained. I also appreciated the ample parking available and easy transportation options in this city.

Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty with postcard-perfect covered bridges, massive trees, lakes, and rivers, this base camp is an ideal spot to explore the outdoors. the location is easy to reach from Eugene, and the drive offers stunning views. the property retains an interesting history, and we valued the secure bike storage offered in the garage. Best aspects: the owner and her partner were friendly and accommodating, providing us with a wealth of information about the best local hikes and suitable maps. the homey, lodge-like building made us feel relaxed, especially by the cozy fire in the living room. Breakfast was filling and delicious.
Although our room was comfortable and large enough to accommodate our gear, it could have used a few extra towel hooks and toiletry shelves. this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise unforgettably lovely stay.
